OUR STORY
Behind the B.BURGER counter is Luca, the owner: a keen cook who has always loved American-style food. His idea is simple: to bring a burger made the right way to the heart of Genova, with real ingredients, original recipes and a young, relaxed atmosphere where you feel at home.
It all starts with the meat. Luca chose Macelleria Gnecco in Quinto, second to none for quality: a deliberate choice to give his customers only the best. Every burger starts there: 150 g of pure beef, carefully prepared and served with potatoes. The rest is down to the people who come to see us.

OUR BEERS
Our craft beers come from Alpirsbach, in the Black Forest, where the Klosterbräu brewery carries on the brewing tradition of its old monastery. Five styles, from the fruity, refreshing Weizen Hefe Hell to the dark, malty Kloster Dunkel, chosen to go with our burgers.
