• Browsing data. Like every web server, the server hosting this site logs technical request data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser). It is used only to run and secure the site and is handled by the website's hosting provider.
• Data typed into the booking form. Online booking is not active yet: what you type into the "Book a table" form stays in your browser and is not stored or sent to anyone. To book, call us on 010 300 4210.

4. How long we keep it

The site does not keep form data. Browsing data is kept by the hosting provider for the time strictly necessary.

We do not sell or give away your data. Only the hosting provider can access browsing data.

You can ask at any time to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and object to its processing (Articles 15–22 GDPR); you can withdraw consent to the allergy data without affecting what was done before.
